Refund Policy

At Brimwear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be in original packaging

 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Used or worn items
Items damaged after delivery
Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
